In November, 2001, Laguna Clay Co. moved its long standing distributorship from Skaneateles, NY to Syracuse, NY. At that time they asked CNY potter and Laguna customer, Don Seymour to run the distributorship.

Two years later in the fall of 2003, Clayscapes Pottery Inc. bought the Laguna distributorship in Syracuse, NY and became and independent distributor.
