Whether your goal is to become a professional potter, or to simply have fun, Clayscapes will see to it that your pottery experience is positive. We offer classes in both hand building and wheel throwing. Classes are designed to take students through the steps required to go from wet clay to a glazed and fired finished product. If you learn the basics well you will be able to make anything with practice.

Adult classes are for people at all levels of experience, ability and interest. Tailored to the needs, interests, and level of each individual, the class allows you to progress at your own rate assuring you the personal attention and instruction you require.

Class Schedule
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday classes will have the focus on the pottery wheel. On Thursdays there will also be hand building demonstrations as well. Students will learn and develop the basic skills for forming pottery and glazing.

Class Information
- Includes: 50 lbs of clay, shop glazes, open studio time
- There is an additional fee for firing
- 10 weeks - class meets once a week
- Evening Classes meet from 5:30 to 8 pm
- DAY Classes meet from 10 am to 12:30 pm
- Class size is limited: 8 people per class
- Registration is due in advance; ½ down and balance due prior to the start of the first class
- Cancellation prior to 3 weeks before the start of class will get a full refund
- Cancellation within 3 weeks of class will get a 50% refund
- There is no refund for cancellations after classes start
- 10% discount on purchases from store except for already discounted items
