Black Copper JarRegular price $22.00
A new Jessica Putnam-Phillips glaze.
Black copper is a glossy microcrystalline red copper glaze that breaks black.
These jars of glaze are made for brushing, should be fired to cone 5/6, and contain 1 pound of dry powdered glaze. The brushing media has already been added so all you need to do is add water - shake and mix. For best results, apply 2-3 coats of glaze.
- Start by adding 10 ounces of water and mix.
- Keeping adding water until you reach your desired consistency.
Tableware producers must test all finished ware to establish dinnerware status, due to possible variations in firing temperature and contamination.
