GR WA Board

The WA Board is a 15 inch diameter bat that is used to prep and manage slabs to use with the WA.  The groove in the bottoms helps to locate bat pins for easy attachment.  The smooth surface allows the maker to compress the slab or add texture with the help of a potters wheel.  It is also helpful to mange large plates as they are drying.  It is made of a porous wood fiber that releases well, but is not to be used as a standard potters bat.
